Gina Hayes began her yoga journey after fracturing her spine in her early twenties. Yoga healed her back completely — and kickstarted a 30 year journey. She began teaching in London after training with the British Wheel of Yoga, Kripalu Lifeforce and Devon School of Yoga. She has also trained internationally with Paul Grilley and Tara Judelle.
"Yoga gave me so much more than physical healing — a bounce in my step, a glow, depth, a resilience so strong that no matter what life throws at me, I know I'll stand strong. I wanted to help others feel this way through yoga."
Since moving to Devon in 2010, Gina has expanded her practice and teaching to encompass Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, sound medicine and somatic movement.
Gina's classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions are positive, grounded and deeply intuitive. They are suitable for people with all levels of experience with yoga and none.
